1. Service Description

SellSentry is an AI-powered compliance monitoring tool for Etsy sellers. We analyse your shop listings against Etsy's policies and provide risk assessments, alerts, and suggested fixes. SellSentry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Etsy, Inc.

2. No Guarantee

While we strive for accuracy, SellSentry does not guarantee that following our recommendations will prevent account suspension or policy enforcement by Etsy. Our analysis is advisory only. Etsy's policies change frequently, and enforcement decisions are solely at Etsy's discretion.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for your Etsy shop content and compliance with Etsy's policies.

4. Etsy Integration

By connecting your Etsy account, you authorise SellSentry to access your shop data in read-only mode via Etsy's official OAuth API. You can revoke this access at any time through your Etsy account settings or through the SellSentry dashboard.

5. AI-Generated Content

Appeal letters and recommendations are generated by AI and should be reviewed and customised before use. SellSentry is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

SellSentry is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from use of the service, including but not limited to Etsy account suspension, lost revenue, or reliance on our analysis.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SellSentry after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
